What is the difference between essential oils and carrier oils?
Essential oils are the compounds extracted from plants and they are very concentrated oils therefore they can’t be applied directly to the skin without dilution; hence carrier oils (vegetable oils derived from the fatty portions of a plant) are used as base oils to carry essential oils to the skin.

All our products are animal-friendly, meaning that neither the ingredients nor the products are tested on animals.
Are Juzour Botanica essential oils therapeutic grade?
All our oils are therapeutic grade, as this standard requires precise care and effort to protect what nature has created. The oils are sourced from their own natural habitat and they are not contaminated from polluted soil or pesticides. They do not contain any fillers or artificial ingredients.

We use recyclable bottles and biodegradable ingredients to reduce waste and conserve raw materials.

Is it safe to use your products while pregnancy?

When do I start seeing results after applying your products?

How can I track my order?
Our shipping company “Bosta” will send out a unique tracking link once your order is packed to let you know when it will be delivered, also the courier will call to assure the delivery date and time.
When I place an order, how long does delivery take?
Normally the delivery process is within 4 working days.

You can view your orders at any time using our website. Simply follow the steps below:

I've received my order, but it's not suitable. How do I return it?

What are the shipping costs?
Upon making an order. you will get prompted to enter your address. Your shipping fees are determined according to your location.
